Profile System
For the manufacturing of our sliding door wardrobe profiles, we use a high-quality alloy of primary aluminum. The profiles are produced using a precision extrusion process with specially designed pressing tools. Monochrome profiles are anodized in accordance with EN 12373-1:2001 standards, with a minimum average coating thickness of 15 microns for durability and corrosion resistance.
Thick-wall profiles ensure strength and stability, making them ideal for sliding door wardrobes. The sliding doors can be manufactured up to 1,500 mm wide and 3,200 mm high, with a maximum door weight of up to 160 kg. The lower roller features a metal bearing that requires no lubrication, ensuring quiet, smooth, and effortless door movement over time.
The top rollers of our sliding door wardrobes are made from durable, high-quality plastic for long-lasting performance. These rollers are recognized for their exceptional reliability and durability, ranking among the best in sliding door wardrobe systems. Each lower roller can support a maximum weight of 80 kg.
The mechanisms and rails used in our sliding door wardrobes are tested to withstand up to 110,000 opening and closing cycles over their lifetime. This is equivalent to nearly 30 years of use, based on an average of 10 openings and closings per day.
